3. Eligibility

4. Account Registration
To place an order, you may be required to create an account on the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Masar Video, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
Payment for services is due at the time of order. We accept payments via Squarespace Payments.
Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice. However, pricing for any order already placed will remain as agreed upon at the time of purchase.
6. Customer Obligations

Provide accurate and appropriate content for your slideshow.
Ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any images, music, or other materials you submit to the Site.
Not submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or violates any third-party rights.
7. Delivery and Turnaround Time
The estimated delivery time for your made-to-order slideshow will be provided during the order process. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Once the slideshow is complete, we will deliver it to you in the format specified at the time of your order.
8. Intellectual Property
By submitting content (images, music, etc.) to Masar Video, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content solely for the purpose of creating your custom video slideshow.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you provide, subject to the license granted above.
The finished video slideshow is considered a work made for hire, and you retain ownership of the final product. However, we retain the right to use the final product in our promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our services, all orders are non-refundable once work has begun.
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before work on your video begins, in which case you will receive a full refund. Cancellations after work has started are not eligible for a refund.
If you are dissatisfied with your video, you may request revisions, which will be completed in accordance with the guidelines on the Site. Revisions are typically limited to 2 and must be requested within 2 of receiving the completed video.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Masar Video will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to errors in the video content, delays in delivery, or technical issues.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Masar Video, its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or any violation of applicable law.
