Hammer Ventures acquired the 25-story 180 Broadway building in Downtown San Diego, CA, and molded the outdated building into a Class A office. Construction crews added a beautiful new lobby, community space atop the parking deck and connected the annex building to main tower. But most striking was the transformation to the exterior, including new glazing, trademark fins and an LED lighting system.
